Experimental build - Dialogues expansion and traits Part 1 and Part 2 (Changelog).
Part 1 devlog.
This is an experimental build, it probably contain errors and bugs, however, the reason why we wanted to post this build is to give something to our Patrons this month. As we mention before a month ago, this month was not going to have a build and would be dedicated to expand the game and double work, however, everything was overwhelming we suffer a change of plans.
As all of you know by now the Twins where move to Broken & Loved 2, however, before we took this decision we tried to implement them into the game and that is why this build was suffering a lot, just implement the Twins during the first stage, it took us half of the month...
Now that we separate characters, everything is smoother but not done yet, our plan for this build is keep working and release multiple builds during this month:
- First part: Content before the sandbox phase expanded (Current).
- Second part: Sandbox content expanded.
- Third part: New events and dialogues for the sandbox content.
Traits for Rei and dialogues variations.
The current build adds a lot of small dialogues related to traits, the total amount of traits in the game currently are nine traits.
Tastes in hobbies:
- Food.
- Videogame genre.
- Movie genre.
- Book genre.
Personal traits:
- Family relationship.
- Being introvert or extrovert.
- School performance
- Future plans.
- Lustiness.
These traits have change a ton of dialogues, there is not a big amount of them, but checking each dialogue one by one was the tedious part and what take a considerable amount of time. That being said, the change is noticeable, a lot of these small dialogues change the context of a lot of events, these make a big change on the content previous the sandbox phase, for said phase the change would be bigger.
For this build because is experimental we add an option to pick all the traits at the beginning of the game, these traits would be able to be pick during dialogues and events, and also at the beginning after the player start a second playthrough, in this way showing hidden dialogues~
Part 2 devlog.
The second part of the experimental build, this one includes the traits changing dialogues for the sandbox part of the game, at the beginning I didn't know how much was change in relation to the first part of this expansion, but seeing the translation files there is a considerable amount of new dialogues, I don't if at much but still a good amount.
As mention before the removal of twins save a ton of time but the revision of every dialogue consume a lot of time, but for the time being, all the dialogues have been revised and those that needed to be changed, corrected and expanded are now done.

- Third part: New events and dialogues for the sandbox content.
The third and final part will be released the middle of the next month, this is the first time we release three builds among three months but we think this was ideal instead of leaving more months without builds at all.

As mention previously, this expansion added more traits on top of hobbies.

Important note: We recommend all of you to save the game after the second important event, at the beginning of the sandbox phase in order to experience the second part of this update.
