Main and side events update: Side characters sprites

As we mention before, the next update will be an overhaul to dates, events and also side characters with their respective events. These characters already exist in the game, that being as shadow sprites, mentions or just few lines of dialogues, because this update is an expansion of everything non-related with the erotic content, we wanted to flesh out these side characters, giving Rei and Evan friends and people to talk to besides each other.

They will exist to fill the sandbox aspect of the game and add more content to side events, as has been requested through development and how empty it feels the city. These characters will not interfiere on main events or Evangeline and Rei relationship, most of them will be part of side stories with progression through multiple events, more details about it down below.

Nancy (Evan's friend and classmate)

Nancy is the character with most presence in the game, she is the girl who bullied Evangeline, later on became her best friend (sorta) and was involve in main events such the one where Evan gets sick and the final main event, where her previous sprite was a black-transparent siluete.

Nancy's appearance and clothes was design to show how fashionable she is, her posture to show that she is mean and smug, although she is somewhat rude, as a friend she is actually chill, showing a kind side of her personality while still being blunt and rude but in a playful way. Nancy is a transgender girl (male to female), she comes from a rich family and she invested a lot of money on her appearance. Just like Evan and Rei, she is on her early 20s.

Leonel (Another student)

At the moment in the game main story, Leonel is only mention during one epilogue, he was placed in dialogue as a foresight for his appearance in the game later on, said epilogue probably already spoiled what would be his plot line through the side events.

Leo is a soft and kind boy, somewhat insecure and awkward, either talking too much or too little, he is also really naive. Leo is in a different college course (Economics) and he is not directly involve with the main characters like Nancy is, but thanks to her, he would have his side story. Just like Evan and Rei, he is on his early 20s.

Sara (Evan's aunt)

Evan's aunt, Sara has been mention in the game multiple times, she is the owner of Evan's apartment, allowing her to live there until she finishes her career. Sara lives in the apartment right in front, the building has only two apartments per floor, so, she basically owns that floor.

Sara is cold, confident and blunt, her personality is opposite to Evangeline in that aspect, although, she is awkward in her own way, due to how her coldness seen as rudeness. She lives completely alone, she is divorced and had no kids, with no friends or love interests, she expend her days working from home as a graphic designer. Sara is in her late 30s and is also the tallest character in the game.

Noel (College principal)

The first character who talks to Rei, she is the one on the phone during the prologue, she was expected to appear in events around the school, however, we decide to let side characters be part of side events instead of the main ones (Nancy being the exception).

Noel is positive and charming, her naiveness and sharpness change depending on how much attention she is paying to the current situation and the gravity of it. Being young for her position, she has a ton of responsibilities and its pressure to show results for the university, although she is nonchalant about all of this, giving for the most part positive results. She is also judge for her condition, this being her hermaphroditism, often receiving judging glances from the people. She is on her late 20s.

Side stories

This following section contain spoilers, although we are not going to reveal everything about the side stories, we are going to reveal some plot points. Depending on Rei's gender, the side stories will be fully available or not. Also, all the stories will be optional, developing on the background on their own as the game progress if they are ignored.

Leonel and Nancy

As its shown in the epilogue where Evan became a professional artist, Leo and Nancy are about to get married, their side story will be about how they fall in love and start dating.

Male-Rei will have his own events with Leonel, talking to him about what to say to Nancy and how to approach her, mostly talking about their feelings, Leo being somewhat insecure and soft, he will become more confident thanks to Rei, becoming friends along the way.

Sara

When Sara's was a teenager, her mother abandoned her family for another woman, leaving her resentful and hurt, her side story will be about she talking once again with her mother.

Female-Rei will have her own events with Sara due to her romance with Evan, this being a reminder of how her mother abandoned her family, through the events she will learn to appreciate Rei and accept her as Evan's partner.

Noel

Noel is an hermaphrodite that has suffer discrimination through her life, specially when she start to look less like a boy and more like a girl during her early teens, everyone criticizing her "transition" despite this being a change due to her condition, her side story will be about helping an hermaphrodite girl to be allowed to use the bathrooms.

Futa-Rei will have her own events with Noel, because the girl in question will not be a random character, will be Rei. Through these events will be mostly Rei and Noel talking and bonding due to their conditions while paperwork is done in order to allow Rei to use the bathrooms. Futa-Rei not being allowed to use the bathrooms was mention during the final main event.

That is all for now

This update will arrive mid March if everything goes well, beside these side characters there will be more dates, more side events and daily events, also the possibility of Evan sleeping on Rei's house after the ending.

For those wondering about Rei and Evan parents, they will be added on the plus expansion after the second game is released, for now, these will be the side characters added to the game. Thanks for your support, lets hope everything goes alright~
